Delete Your Strive Planner Account

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way is from any device where you are signed in:

1. Open Strive Planner.
2. Go to Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you have already uninstalled Strive Planner, or cannot sign in for any reason, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:

Write "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will confirm the request with you at that address before deleting anything, and we act on it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes everything Strive holds on its servers for you:

• Your account record and email address
• All synced planner data: events, goals, plans, visions, progress logs, notes and note folders, people, contact notes, map pins, intentions, reflections, and settings
• All synced photos and image assets
• Every sign-in session and access token, revoked immediately

What is kept, and for how long

• A 30-day recovery window: your account is deactivated and signed out immediately, and your data is held for 30 days before it is permanently erased. This exists so an accidental deletion can be undone. Email us within that window if you need it reversed. After 30 days the data is gone and cannot be recovered.
• Data on your own device: deleting your account does not erase the copy of your planner stored locally on your phone or computer. Uninstall the app to remove that.
• Newsletter subscription: the blog newsletter is separate from your app account and is not removed by account deletion. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email to leave it.
• Store subscriptions: subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store are billed by those stores, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel them. Cancel through the store you purchased from.
